From North:
Highway A12 (Livorno-Rosignano), at the end of it (tollgate of Rosignano) follow for Roma (left freeway) exit  Cecina centro.
Once off the freeway follow for Guardistallo and then, arrived at Guardistallo, follow Casale Marittimo direction (pay attention to the road signs). Going to Casale Marittimo, 1 km after Guardistallo there is a cross where you have to get left to Bibbona, Volterra, Canneto, Ponteginori. Follow this road strada Provinciale dei tre Comune direzione Pozzatelli) until the end when you will keep left following Volterra. After about 800 meters, after the big yellow Villa Ricrio that you will find on the right there is an up way gravelroad that bring you at the Reception.

From South:
From Roma take the Aurelia direction Civitavecchia, then Grosseto and then follow Livorno direction. Exit at La California then follow Bibbona and after Bibbona remain on the same road that goes to Volterra. After Casale Marittimo, 3 km later you will meet the big Villa Ricrio on the right. After it, 300 meters on the right there is the up way gravel road that bring you at the Reception.

From Florence:
Take the freeway FI-PI-LI direction Livorno. Before Livorno there are indications to Rosignano Marittimo highway 12. Arrived at Rosignano follow indications mentioned in direction from north.
